Once you have received your return flight voucher all you have to do is call Ryanair Direct on 0871 246 0009 between the hours of 9.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, and quote your voucher reference number. (Calls may be recorded and monitored for training and security purposes. Calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras.) The Ryanair representative will advise you on flight availability.
